RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the work at Bereh Dnipra RC construction site is being completed. At the moment, the builders are finalizing the landscaping of the area. It is also reported that the builders have completed finishing the common facilities on the first floor, made screeds in the parking lot, applied markings, and installed lighting.
At the same time, commissioning work was carried out for the boiler house and individual heating unit.
Preparation of documents for submission to State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning (DIAM) is underway.
